Return Policy

  2. Condition of Products: To qualify for a return, the product must remain unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

  3. Valid Reasons for Return: We will process returns only if you provide a valid reason. The company reserves the right to request proof for verification. Please ensure that you clearly explain your reason for return.

  4. Return Process: To initiate a return, email our support team at supportteam@thehomoeomediccure.in with your order details, including the product, reason for return, and any relevant evidence (if applicable).

Refund Policy

  1. Subject to Return Policy: Refunds will follow the rules and conditions stated in the Return Policy. Returns must occur within 48 hours of delivery, and the product must remain unused and in its original condition.

  2. Product Exchange: If you return an item, we will exchange it for the same product at no additional cost.

  3. Wrong Product Delivered: If we send you the wrong product, we will ship the correct item once we process the return.

  4. Other Issues: If the product doesn’t meet your expectations or has a non-defective issue, we will issue a discount coupon for future use.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund, follow these steps:

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
